1. How many days do I have?

You can return or exchange an item within 7 days after you receive your package.

2. What can be returned?

To return an item, please make sure:

• The clothes are new and have not been worn.

• The tags are still attached.

• The clothes are in their original packing.

3. If the size is wrong?

No problem! If the shirt is too big or too small, we can change it for a different size for you.

4. If the item is damaged?

If you receive a dress that is torn or has a mistake, tell us right away! We will send you a new one for free or give your money back.

5. How do I get a refund?

Once we get the item back and check it, we will send your money back to your bank account or wallet within 3 to 5 days.
